Survey of Pregnancy and Post-Partum Services in Yukon
If you had a baby or adopted in the last five years we’d love to hear from you and your partner.
Victoria Faulkner Women’s Centre Healthy Babies Healthy Futures Program along with many other Canada Prenatal Nutrition Programs across Yukon are conducting a survey to understand the needs and challenges of pregnant folks and new parents in the Yukon.
Canada Prenatal Nutrition Programs are designed to support families to have the healthy pregnancies and deliveries and form a crucial part of the support network for new families.
Your responses are vital to help us update these programs for new funding guidelines under the Public Health Agency of Canada.
